There is no age limit, bowls can be played by anyone. Currently Bramhope does not have a junior section for the under 18s so any young person wanting to have a go will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Bowling aids can be bought to help the less able.
Dogs are not allowed on the green. Only well behaved dogs on leads are allowed to be brought to the club.
There are ‘roll up’ sessions on Monday and Friday afternoons where members turn up to play without booking.
Bramhope is a member of the Airedale and Wharfedale Crown Green Bowling Association. There are three league teams which play on Monday evenings, Wednesday evenings and Saturday afternoons. The club also plays friendlies against several other clubs in the area during the season. Matches are played at both home and away.

Yes, the club has a small clubhouse where tea or coffee can be purchased for a small cost.

No, smoking, including E-cigarettes is not allowed anywhere on or around the green. Smoking is permitted in the car park.
